Our experienced Business Analysis team will work with you to document your existing requirements, data sources and other systems, to design a project plan for the transition to the new and better feature with Matrix

The development team will then proceed with system integration, deployment and configuration tasks, and with development of any custom modifications that you may require. This is done in an Agile process which is fully transparent and where your input is welcome at every stage

TESTING, TRAINING & HANDOVER
Your new system will be extensively tested to ensure that integrations work as designed, and to give you full certainty of the performance and quality.
